- Tuesdays at 6:30 at Sawgrass Elementary. It is training, not just touch.

- Thursdays at 6:30 at the Undertow at ST Pete Beach, parking limited so car pool.

You can then click to sign up as a team member which costs you nothing or if you can click to make a donation better still do both.

 

The event starts at 6:00 PM on Friday night April 27th and ends early in the morning of Saturday the 28th, The location is St.Petersburg High School football field, 2501 5th Ave N, St Petersburg. It will involve rotating team members so we have someone walking on the track at all times. Please come and walk for any amount time you are comfortable with. Most teams including ours will have a tent pitched on the infield that will be used as our base. There will be continued entertainment during the relay

Relay for Life - April 27th

The Pelican Rugby Club is participating in "Relay for Life" a fund raising event for the American Cancer Society. Please go to the below web site and sign up as a team member,make a donation on behalf of the club or better still do both. Our team is called Pelican Rugby Club. I have already registered the club and signed on as team captain.

The event is Friday April 27,2012 starting at 6:00 PM St.Petersburg High School

 

This is the most significant community outreach program the Pelican Rugby Club takes on each year. We have been one the top three fundraising teams each of the last two years. This will be our third year as participants. Pretty much every family has been impacted by cancer so please tell your friends and family about our efforts and ask then to participate.
